She is committed to empowering children, adolescents, and adults through a strengths‑based, solution‑focused approach that supports meaningful personal and interpersonal growth.
Her extensive experience working with youths enhances her ability to build rapport and deliver effective interventions grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Trauma‑Informed, evidence‑based practices. Vanessa also brings valuable experience supporting geriatric populations and individuals navigating substance‑use challenges.
