🌟 The Guiding Light Award

At Mara’s Lighthouse, we believe in celebrating the people who light the way for others. The Guiding Light Award is our monthly recognition of two outstanding providers who exemplify our core values: compassion, dedication, integrity, and excellence in care.

These individuals go above and beyond to support our clients and contribute meaningfully to our mission. Each month, we proudly shine a spotlight on their work and the positive impact they make in our community.

Binh Duong

Binh brings a thoughtful, compassionate presence to her work, grounded in both strong clinical experience and a deep commitment to helping others grow. With a background in psychology and hands-on experience across diverse behavioral health settings, she approaches each client with empathy, insight, and a genuine desire to support meaningful change.

Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Binh creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their challenges and building on their strengths. She meets individuals where they are, offering personalized care that reflects both clinical expertise and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey.

Binh’s work reflects the heart of Mara’s Lighthouse—empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.
