๐Ÿ’ฐ Self-Pay & Sliding Scale Options

As a trauma-focused and evidence-based practice, we understand that financial barriers can impact access to care. Thatโ€™s why we strive to keep our self-pay rates affordable and transparent.

If we are out of network with your insurance plan, we can provide a Superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider.

A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are available based on financial need, and weโ€™re happy to provide referrals to community-based resources if cost is a concern.

Accepted Forms of Payment:
Cash, Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, FSA, and HSA accounts.
All payments are processed at the beginning of each session.


๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office at least 24 business hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursโ€™ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.

๐Ÿ“„ Good Faith Estimate (GFE) Notice

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under federal law, health care providers must provide a Good Faith Estimate for patients who do not have insurance or are not using insurance.
This estimate includes the total expected cost for services, including related costs such as tests, medications, or other associated fees.

Key Points:

  • You are entitled to receive a written Good Faith Estimate at least one business day before your service.

  • If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you can dispute the charge.

  • Always save a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
