Bria Odom, LMHC
About Bria Odom
Bria Odom is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with over four years of professional experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling from Keiser University and her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
Bria has experience supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship or family concerns. She strives to meet each client where they are, offering a compassionate, person-centered approach that encourages growth and healing at every step.
Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, Bria creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful change.
She believes that while healing may not happen instantly, choosing to begin the process is a powerful act of self-care—and a vital part of personal growth.
