About Kelly Charest

Kelly Charest is a Registered Mental Health Intern with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Based in Jacksonville, she is certified in Infant Mental Health and works with children, teens, and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and goal-setting.

Kelly uses evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Child-Centered Play Therapy to help clients build coping skills and rediscover their inner strength. She believes that self-awareness and acceptance are the foundations of genuine change and is deeply committed to fostering transformative connections throughout the therapy process.
