Arrianna Coleman, RCSWI

About Arrianna Coleman

Arrianna is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) who helps adults and couples strengthen relationships, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. She provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

In addition to her clinical work, Arrianna proudly serves as an active-duty Army Medical Service Corps officer and has more than 16 years of federal service. Her military experience has deepened her understanding of resilience, leadership, stress, and the unique challenges faced by service members, veterans, first responders, and their families. It also informs her commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

Arrianna earned a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with a concentration in Psychology from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri, and a Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. Since beginning her social work career in 2009, she has supported individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. During graduate school, she also worked with families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), helping them navigate some of life’s most vulnerable moments.

Her approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client’s needs. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and attachment-based principles. Through this work, she helps clients improve communication, deepen emotional connection, manage conflict, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

For clients who wish to incorporate Christian faith into therapy, Arrianna thoughtfully integrates biblical principles, prayer, and faith-based perspectives with evidence-based clinical practices. She honors each client’s beliefs, values, and treatment goals while meeting them with authenticity, compassion, and genuine respect. Whether clients are facing relationship difficulties, anxiety, trauma, or significant life changes, Arrianna is committed to helping them move toward healing, resilience, and hope.
