Her clinical interests include trauma and resilience, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety and panic disorders, and chronic illness.

Ashleigh takes a Strengths-Based, Solution-Focused, and evidence-based approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills. She works closely with each client to tailor the therapeutic experience to their individual needs and goals.

Outside of the office, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her two cats, hosting game nights, listening to music, and reading.
