About Ashleigh Dickens

Ashleigh is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with a Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Florida in 2016.

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Ashleigh has developed a passion for creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, process life’s challenges, and build tools to navigate daily life. Her clinical interests include trauma and resilience, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety and panic disorders, and chronic illness.

Ashleigh takes a strengths-based, solution-focused, and evidence-based approach to therapy, working closely with each client to tailor their therapeutic experience to their individual needs. She is deeply committed to ongoing learning and growth as a clinician and values the unique strengths and perspectives each client brings to the therapeutic relationship.

Outside of the office, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her two cats, hosting game nights, listening to music, and reading.
