Welcome to Mara’s Lighthouse Counseling Center! Please use the link below to access our Member Portal and complete your new patient forms.

Once your appointment has been scheduled, you’ll be able to create an account and access the portal. After signing in, select the Documents tab to review and complete any outstanding documents. Please complete your forms before your first appointment.
