You will receive a link to sign all consent forms and complete an intake questionnaire.

 

Meet Your Therapist

Now it is time for your session! All sessions are currently via telehealth. You will meet your therapist via our HIPAA compliant platform. You can share as much or as little as you are comfortable sharing. Your therapist will gather important information about you, your family, and your history. This is the time to get a feel for your therapist and begin the healing process.

 

 
 
 

Initial Response

A member of our team will respond to your request to gather insurance information and a brief overview of your presenting concerns. Your benefits will be verified in 48 hours.

Schedule Session

Once your insurance has been verified or you specify how you would like to pay for services we will schedule your appointment and send you a welcome email confirming your appointment and a link to complete the intake process

Stay on the Calendar

Once you’ve had your first session, make sure to speak with your therapist about the recommended frequency of treatment. Please follow up with our office staff to schedule your next appointment.
