Ashley Martin, LCSW
About Ashley Martin
Ashley Martin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing and personal growth. She works with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or uncertain about where to begin, offering a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment.
Ashley’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She helps clients identify and untangle emotional patterns, life stressors, and past experiences that may be impacting their present. By integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychoeducation, and empowerment-focused strategies, Ashley helps clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop tools for lasting, meaningful change.
Ashley specializes in LGBTQIA+ gender-affirming therapy, trauma-informed care, grief counseling, sexual abuse recovery, and women’s mental health. She also works with adolescents ages 13–17 who may be navigating emotional difficulties, behavioral challenges, identity development, or school-related stress. Her work is grounded in deep respect for each client’s lived experiences, personal identity, and cultural background.
Ashley’s style is warm, engaging, and affirming. She strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences openly. Ashley believes that while healing takes time, beginning the process of self-reflection and support is a meaningful step toward greater resilience, clarity, and personal growth.
