Ashley McGill is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern with experience providing compassionate, client-centered mental health and substance use services.

Ashley is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She believes that clients are the experts in their own lives and works collaboratively with them to build on their strengths and move toward meaningful, achievable goals.

Her areas of practice include anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem, and substance use concerns. Ashley helps clients recognize patterns that may be affecting their well-being, develop practical coping skills, and build confidence in navigating everyday challenges.

Ashley integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions. She tailors her approach to each client’s needs and goals, offering clinical guidance and evidence-based tools to support personal growth and lasting change.
